Football Pools Update

As I'm sure you are aware, the Bills-Bengals game on Monday Night Football was postponed as a result of Bills' safety Damar Hamlin suffering a cardiac arrest after making a tackle. We wish Damar Hamlin, his family, and the entire Bills organization all the best in his recovery.

The NFL announced earlier today that this game will not be rescheduled this week. However, I think it is still in the realm of possibility that they may change their mind on this.

With respect to the impact of this game on our office pools, if the game is played on or before this Saturday, then the result will count in the Week 17 results.

If the game is not played on or before this Saturday, then Week 17 is concluded. Pick'em pool results for the week will remain as they are currently, with no points awarded for this game, and tie-breaker not used. A later reschedule of this game, or change in the schedule for other games, will be adjusted in our Week 18 picks form as appropriate.
