Jan 16: Sounds familiar! Four alive, three picked the Falcons, one picked the Patriots, and all four move on to the Conference Championships round. Picks are getting tough though. It would seem someone is going to have to pick right this week and the Super Bowl to win it. Picks due Sunday. Good luck!

Jan 9: Four alive, three picked the Steelers and one picked the Seahawks, and all four move on to the Divisional Round. Picks due once again by Saturday at 4:35pm Eastern.

Jan 6: We lost thewilder in Week 17 but still have four alive rolling into the playoffs to see if we can decide this pool. The teams reset, Wild-Card Weekend pick due Saturday before kickoff of the Raiders-Texans game.

Dec 29: Everyone picked the Chargers, and everyone got it wrong as the Browns finally decided to win a game. Or the Chargers gave it away. Hard to say but same result regardless. Now what to do with you guys? Normally this would be a split but since the prize is only $100 should we play on? I will email each of you.

Dec 19: Only a 1-point victory for the Texans but they got it done and we didn't lose anyone from our five remaining entries. Two on the Bills, two on the Falcons. Check the schedule. The deadline to pick is actually Saturday at 1:00 this week due to the holidays.

Dec 12: And then there were 5. We lost slackavelli on Thursday with a risky pick taking the Oakland Raiders (pretty sure he is a fan if not Black Hole regular) over the Kansas City Chiefs, and it was the Chiefs night. Everyone else made it through Sunday even though there was a close call with the Detroit Lions. Wonder if we can wrap this up before the end of the regular season.

Dec. 5: For the first time in four weeks we lost an entry in this pool, and it was hartcanada who didn't make a pick, got the default New Orleans Saints who were 6.5 point favourites, and decidedly blew it against the Detroit Lions. Three entries on the Packers and three more different picks all correct leave us with 6 alive for the $100 prize.

Nov. 28: I thought we might be primed for an upset this week but it didn't happen. All 7 alive entries advance. The Bills and Giants are two teams I tend not to trust very much for survivor historically so must be nice to have those teams picked already.
